"The golf course was beautiful, the starter was excellent, and the rooms and building were fabulous. No complaints at all about the facilities — they are truly first class. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the staff in the restaurant, and in particular, the receptionist (Narcissa). "Looks like it’s a popular place for wedding parties, which means loud music till 5am. Also multiple times alarm (probably fire) went off, maybe the system doesn’t function correctly. Navigation within a hotel could be done better as well. "

"Rosen Villa is a fabulous day. Five star recommended for sure. Very, very nice accommodation very quaint and comfortable. The staff is terrific and in particular, the hostess that greeted us name is Magdalena and she was over the top pleasant and helpful. Parking was super easy and very close to the hotel and the town is very walkable and absolutely beautiful. Definitely very reminiscent of Prague, but much less crowded at least during this time of the year. This hotel is highly recommended as a place to stay for your time in the city. We came from California and from Ohio and could not have been more delighted. By the way, we also recommend you have breakfast there. It’s very personable and wonderful. "
